"Perf Pool Party" "Style Super Squad - Part 1"

"Trapped in the Dreamhouse" is the forty-fifth episode of Barbie: Life in the Dreamhouse, and the fifth episode of the fifth season. It is preceded by "Perf Pool Party". This episode is written by Robin J. Stein and directed by Andrew Tan & Patrice Berube.

"Trapped in the Dreamhouse" and "Perf Pool Party" are special episodes of the show; they are longer than usual and both aired September 1, 2013 as a half-hour television tryout on Nickelodeon. "Trapped in the Dreamhouse" aired on Barbie.com and Barbie's official YouTube channel on October 30, 2013.

Plot

The girls are getting ready for Teresa's fashion show, but when Raquelle wants to steal the spotlight, she sets Barbie's closet to evil mode. But unexpectedly, everyone, even Raquelle, gets trapped in the Dreamhouse.

While the girls try to escape, the closet wants to be a famous fashion designer and rule the fashion galaxy with Barbie as his model. Barbie knows they'll get rescued. Ryan becomes the male model as they wait for Barbie. Ken tries to come to the rescue, but is locked outside the dreamhouse.

Raquelle tries to escape with Skipper and Stacie. Barbie, Midge, and Summer try to find the room to disable the CPU. Ken and Chelsea try to help Barbie escape. Raquelle tried to escape through the kitchen at the freezer. The girls ended up in the industrial size washing machine and run (like a hamster ball)..

Barbie tries to shut the washing machine down, as she was a engineer. The Closet threatens to put them in the dryer, but they escape to the map room to shut the closet down. Barbie shuts down the CPU but the house sets off traps. While running they bump into Skipper, Stacie and Raquelle (who is now frozen). Skipper says it's a long story. They escaped but the Dreamhouse is destroyed.

The fashion show is a disaster because Ryan made too many bad poses. They quickly get ready for the fashion Show, and the show is a success. Meanwhile Barbie and her sisters don't have a home anymore, so Ken makes a new one with a second elevator. Barbie forgives closet for the mess, and Ken blames whoever installed the evil button (which was him). In the end, Ryan is still on the runway with his only crowd being his cardboard cutouts.
